Our Business

Dublin Plywood Veneer was founded in 1946 with the primary objective of supplying panel products to the furniture trade in Ireland. It was through two management buyouts and a number of sites before DPV ended up at in its current form. The customer base of kitchen and wardrobe manufactures, DIY outlets, Furniture manufactures, and timber frame producers, means that the market place for growth is extensive.

Our Responsibilities

At DPV we always recognise the value, and necessity of improved sustainability and management of natural forest resources, our philosophy has always been to offer products that allow for the best natural forest environments to be maintained.

We hold FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®) Chain of Custody certification, showing our commitment to responsible management of the world’s forests (FSC® C020012)

Following the introduction of the EU Trade Regulations (EUTR) in March 2013, DPV is proud to already be trading within this new legalisation offering fully government supported ranges of timber and timber based products.
